On 2022 Rafiki Children Center received a child called Ally Mmasa. The general life of a child before was very poor and dangerous life, this is due to the death of his biological mother which led to family instability and his father has escaped when a child is very young. At the end a child became like a street child, so the center received the child from a District social welfare office and gave a child shelter, clothes and food also things which are important to the child like education and medical care. The child is still under the care of a Rafiki children center because his family and relatives are not yet able to take care of him
RAFIKI CHILDREN CENTRE
Rafiki Children Centre has rented a house where children are kept and provided with their basic needs including education. There are matrons who are taking care of the children. The centre has managed to bought some land in Same some years ago and has started to construct its own children home and volunteers house to be used by the centre in future.Most of the children under the centre are under primary level education ranging from kindergarten to standard six. We have tried our level best to run our centre with the support of our various friends, but we would like to invite you kindly to give us any support you have to ensure we are continuing to serve well these poor children who need everyone support to leave a mark in their life.
We believe together we shall make this world a happier place for everyone especially those who need us most like orphans and vulnerable children.

The children whom we support come from different background, but all share one common feature; “They come from extreme poor families with non-conducive education environment.”

Daniel Laizer is eighteen years old, he is Maasai in tribe, was born in Arumeru at Arusha.

On 2017 Rafiki Children Center received a child called Daniel Laizer. The general life of a child before was very poor and dangerous life, this is due to the family separation and one of children's home took a responsibility of caring a child. Rafiki children center we received referral of a child from other agency, so through District social welfare office we received a child and gave a child shelter, clothes and food also things which are important to the child like education and medical care. So this child is still under the care of a Rafiki children center because his family and relatives are not yet able to take care of him
